The Art and The Mind LLC Studio provides offerings that you can privately book for a group of 3 - 8 people. Contact theartandthemind@gmail.com to inquire about dates and times, our instructors will review it, and we will do our best to accommodate.
All of our classes are about immersing yourself in the present moment with joy, an open heart and open mind.
This option is great for family creative time, Gals Getaway, Bridal showers, small local clubs,
team building outings, etc...you get the idea.
You bring your group and choose from below, which offering you would like to experience:
Felting Classes with Cindy Truex - Choose from whimsical bird, coasters, hot pad, or a bird pod class.
3 Hour Class - $35 per participant ($45 for bird pod class)
ArtWear with Cindy Truex - Create A Scarf with a Unique Batik Type Process - 2 Hour Class - $45 per participant
DancePlay with Barbara Luepke - Adult Women - Dancing through the decades - choose from the 1920's - 1980's.
Dress the part! After class, let's go visit our local bar, winery or brewery for an adult beverage.
*Drinks not included in class fee. :)
1 Hour Class - $15 per participant
Belly Dance - A Beginner's Experience: Learn the Beledi rhythm on the drum and movements of a belly dancer.
2 Hour Class - $25 per participant
ClayPlay - Sense of Touch with Barbara Luepke - Experience sculpting while blindfolded. Our subject is influenced by nature and features the exclusive creative writings of Debra Thiry Points to connect us to our imaginative mental image.
2 Hour Class - $25 per participant
ArtPlay - Practicing with Ishy Oil Pastels with Barbara Luepke - 3 Hour Class - $35 per participant - *Plein air classes available, weather permitting. Choose from landscape birch board acrylic/oil pastel, plein air: various locations, or 9"x12" exploratory.
Watercolor Scenes with Tina Sheppard - 2 Hour Class - $30 per participant - Available weekends only.
Unity Wellness's Somatic Yoga - This class can be customized for therapeutic purposes, chronic pain, breath work, etc... - 1.5 Hour Class - $20 per participant
Hawaiian Dance with Edie Julik - 1 Hour Class - $15 per participant
